Our Community Engagement in Pomadze

At Triple A Foundation, we believe real impact begins when communities are not just supported—but truly heard.

The first quarter of the year has been deeply rooted in advocacy and community engagement within Pomadze in the Gomoa Central District.

Through active listening, shared experiences, and local dialogue, we’ve deepened our commitment to not just working for communities but working with them.

Our approach is grounded in the Human Centred Design—a model that prioritises co-creation, empathy, and sustainable problemsolving. It’s not about stepping in with all the answers. It’s about stepping back and allowing the community to shape the answers they already hold.

This means moving away from traditional charity models and the idea of one-time handouts. Instead, we focus on empowering individuals and communities to lead their own change from within. When solutions are community-built, they become community-owned and, ultimately, community-sustained.

We’ve seen this approach come to life in two of our key projects:

Pad A Girl Campaign, where young girls are not only receiving support but also gaining knowledge, confidence, and dignity along the way.

Back-to-School Support Programme, where we’ve helped street-connected and vulnerable children return to school, while working hand-in-hand with families to remove barriers and ensure educational continuity.

This is just the beginning. With the community at the centre, we’re not just changing lives. We’re helping communities transform themselves.

Let’s keep moving from charity to collaboration and from giving to growing—together.
